Neighbor’s Choice Mobile Auto Maintenance Limited Warranty

What is Covered by This Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty is provided by Neighbor’s Choice Mobile Auto Maintenance (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Subject to the conditions below, this warranty covers:
- Parts: Any materials provided and installed as part of our services.
- Workmanship: The quality of the labor performed by our technicians.
We guarantee that services purchased and performed by us (the “Services”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by law. The total coverage amount is limited to the actual cost of the Services.
This warranty applies only to the original customer who purchased the Services. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners or users of the vehicle.
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise specified, this Limited Warranty is valid for 3 months (90 days) or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date and odometer reading at the time the Services were completed.
For oil changes, the warranty period is 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. If any part provided has a manufacturer’s warranty that exceeds this Limited Warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty will take precedence for that part.
Remedial work performed under this warranty does not restart the warranty period.
What We Will Do
If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the warranty period, we will provide a technician at no additional charge to correct the issue, including replacing any defective parts installed during the Services.
Customers must contact us to diagnose or repair the issue before taking the vehicle to another service provider. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
What Is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
- Work performed by individuals or businesses not associated with Neighbor’s Choice Mobile Auto Maintenance.
- Damage caused by neglect, misuse, modifications, or external factors (e.g., accidents, weather, theft).
- Issues unrelated to the Services performed (e.g., leaks due to pre-existing conditions or unrelated components).
- Consequential effects unrelated to defective parts or workmanship (e.g., issues arising due to pre-existing conditions like neglected maintenance).
- Pre-existing conditions identified during or after the Services.
- Services deviating from manufacturer recommendations (e.g., using non-recommended oil types).
- Services involving adjustment of existing parts without replacement.
- Commercial use of vehicles serviced under this warranty.
The warranty will also be void if:
- Parts not ordered through Neighbor’s Choice Mobile Auto Maintenance are installed.
- Repairs or diagnoses are performed by another service provider without prior written approval from us.
Claim Process
To file a claim:
- Email us at service@neighborschoiceauto.com or contact us at 717-287-9292 within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of the original Service (e.g., receipt, invoice).
- Allow us to inspect the issue and, if applicable, schedule remedial work or approve a refund.
Note: You may be charged a labor fee if the defect is determined to be unrelated to the Services provided. Vehicles must be within our service area for inspections or warranty-related work.
